Many adolescents with chronic diseases require frequent or continued hospitalizations that separate them from their homes. With this in mind, My Healing Angels Home Care Services provides home care services to help children and families have excellent care options at home.
We seek to shorten or eliminate hospital stays to help each adolescent grow and develop in a more nurturing family environment and support their transition between being children and adults. Through our individualized care services and on-going support, families can have peace of mind that their children receive appropriate care.
Our special needs caregiver can perform many tasks to help your child, such as:
- Manage Meals (Cooking and Feeding)
- Cleaning up and food preparation areas after every meal
- Grocery shopping
- Daily grooming needs, including brushing their teeth, showering, bathing, and dressing
- Bathroom Assistance assistance, such as using the bathroom and cleaning up after themselves in the bathroom
- Education on acute or chronic issues as well as preventive medicine
